Your responsibilities

Design & build end-to-end product features with a strong focus on our Vue/TypeScript front-end, while integrating with Node.js (or similar) back-end services.
Ensure quality and reliability through unit, integration & visual regression tests, plus telemetry for user-facing behavior (logs, metrics, traces).
Shape frontend architecture, component libraries, and code reviews to ensure scalable, maintainable, and accessible user interfaces.
Collaborate closely with clinicians, product, and design to refine requirements, iterate on UX, and document decisions that meet compliance standards.
Participate in a sustainable on-call rotation, improving monitoring and tooling so that frontend incidents are rare and handled blamelessly.

Who we are looking for

7+ years professional experience shipping production frontends, demonstrating ownership of at least one customer-facing feature across design, implementation, testing, and rollout.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with UI / UX designers and product owners.
Strong skills in modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js preferred, React or Angular also relevant) and solid understanding of TypeScript.
Familiarity with design systems, state management, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite, testing libraries, Storybook).
Commitment to automated testing, accessibility, and observability (logs/metrics/traces).
(Bonus) Familiarity with medical software or healthcare data standards (e.g. HL7 FHIR).
